Students of MIT, USA in Campus
The students of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA visited Rai Foundation, Behror campus on 18th January 2011. MIT is a private research institute located in Cambridge which strongly emphasises on scientific and technological research from diverse fields like economics to architecture, from Mathematics to Biology. 12 students of MIT from different subject background were here under the 'Discover India Program' initiated by Rai Foundation. The idea behind Discover India program is to establish ties of friendship and cooperation for promoting mutual understanding and to promote cooperation in the educational areas from different nations. MIT students had an interactive session with the students. GGGS students raised questions ranging from the activities of their campus, their country, science and cultural diversity. The session was concluded by singing the national anthem of both the countries. After the interaction MIT student visited the campus and saw the facilities available in the premises.
