God's love is so wonderful. The Easter celebrations at Rai Foundation
organised by The Christian community brought
together people of all religions, to celebrate
this love with joy.
Easter is a holy festival on which the
Christian faith is based. It is period
in which Jesus Christ was crucified and
rose after 3 days. Christians commemorate
this, believing that through his death
and resurrection, God saved man from his
sin because Christ died as a sacrifice.
The celebration started with a sumptuous
lunch for faculties and there after
a service show in where the Christians
from different Indian states and African
countries sang songs about the day and
presented a dance. A sermon was preached
by Sarah Asiimwe from MBA 2nd about
the importance of loving each other
if we are to get God's blessings. Fun
moments were shared when faculty and
students who found chocolates hidden
under their chair were asked to dance.
The message for all was to spread the
love of God, by loving others and doing
good to them.
