Students visit to Delhi Wood exhibition 2011
The Delhi Wood exhibition 2011, organised in New Delhi from 17th to 20th January attracted hundreds of people from different parts of the world. 28 students of Rai Foundation, Behror campus pursuing their B.Sc. in Interior Designing reached Pragati Maidan Delhi Wood exhibition on 18th February with their faculty.

The exhibition was an international event on "Interior & Exterior Designing" of woodwork, wrought iron and glass work. The four day long programme taught the students about the changing trends in the field to the latest technical advancements from whole world in wood material finishing. The exhibition concentrated on two main areas of interior designing, the Kitchen and the Wardrobe. The multi purpose Kitchen cabinets, Hobbes, Chimneys, Sinks and Taps were the main features whereas remote sensor Wardrobe also grabbed attention. The fascinating array of machinery for Wood work such as carving, plying, and modular work stations production were displayed. These machines were closely learnt by the students of Rai Foundation. The exhibition exposed the students to the international market. This was an illuminating educational trip for the students of Rai Foundation. After the exhibition students visited various stone shops and observed various varieties of stones and marbles.
